Benefits of Membership

 Membership Fee structure

1. Belonging to an organization of Nordic skiers whose purpose is to promote and develop Nordic
   skiing and competition in the State of New York.
2. Representation in local, state, and national legislation affecting Nordic skiing.
3. Access to a cohesive competition event schedule for Nordic disciplines.
4. Support for developmental programs, races and clinics for all age levels.
5. Annual Competition Manual, membership card, ID number, and the opportunity to participate in
   the end of season Empire State Games or NYSSRA Nordic Championships.
6. A Regularly published Newsletter, web site and e-news.
7. General information and recommendations about skiing, people, places and products.
8. Sharing opportunities with other Nordic ski enthusiasts.

  • $45 family or collegiate team

 For NYSSRA purposes a family is one or two adults in the same household and any additional children, age 18 or under and still actively enrolled in school below the collegiate level. Collegiate team membership is available to college clubs of more than two members or college teams. As with each family membership each team member must complete a form to join or renew. Only one copy of the newsletter or Competition Manual is sent to family or collegiate team. use the same address when filling out all forms.
