NYSSRA Nordic Forms Select the forms you need and download them using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Acrobat Reader is a plug-in for your browser. If you have this plug-in, clicking on a file below should open it in your browser. you can then print it or save it on your system to print at a later time. You can also right click on a file below to save it to a folder on your system. Then open it with Acrobat Reader.

NY State Citizen Races that wish to list their race in the competition manual and on the web site, but do not wish to sanction their race through NYSSRA use this form

All ESGQ and JOQ races must use this form to sanction through NYSSRA Nordic. Citizen races may also sanction their race.
All Race organizers must be current members of NYSSRA to sanction an event. You may join at the same time as you are sanctioning the event.

If the property owner requests a certificate of insurance, use this form. request should be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. copy and paste this form into an email for electronic request.

Each Competitor in a NYSSRA sanctioned event must fill out this form - no other entry form may be substituted. Print out extra copies to have at registration. Also available in the comp manual.
Non-sanctioned races should use their own entry form. However, if this form should be used please note that you are not affiliated with NYSSRA nor covered under NYSSRA's insurance.

This form is used to record the bib order of finish. It comes in handy when several racers finish at once or when the timer misses a finisher.

This form is used to help assign bibs for start order. It will help in separating pre-registrations into their respective classes prior to entering them into the computer.
